WHAT MUST I DO, TO DEVELOP MY CAREER IN JOB….??
In the end of this year, it’s time to return back and evaluate the attainment and make an expectation for the next year.
In every end of the year, everyone always makes the evaluation and introspection, including the introspection in job. Now, it’s the time to return back and evaluate what is the attainment during this last year and then make a target for the next year.
It’s not bad to make a change for the positive purpose. Make a change on your own self, because it is the first step to do. Make a strategy for your career development by using these 5 steps:
1. Make a Plan
You must find your dream! Try to know your true dream to make easy to arrange a plan. Do the evaluation for the attainment during this last year, and then discuss it to your boss and partner. It will give an input to your boss and you can learn by the mistakes. After that, try to make your job planning and expectation in attainment for the next year.
2. Improve The Professionalism
It’s the time to develop your professionalism in job. A lot of jobs will give u more problems. It all can influence your emotion and job capacity. Don’t let you down in your emotion. Show and develop your professionalism in your job environment.
3. Show The Skill/Ability
Be a wise man in finishing all the jobs. Give the loyalty to do it all. Manage your time, and afford to finish the jobs before the limit time.
4. Focus and Make an Innovation
Sometime, you must make a positive innovation to get the positive result. You must consider all of your actions and the steps you take before. Get the valuable lesson from the past time.
5. Show The Enthusiasm
Begin the New Year with the higher job spirit. Show your enthusiasm to the plan you make a long the next year. We don’t know, in the middle or the end of the year maybe your presentation get a big attention from your boss.
